Can I purchase individual products?
Absolutely. If you don’t see a pass that fits your needs, or perhaps you’d like to add specific functionality to your business, purchase individual products that meet your needs. Visit our products catalogue for WordPress or Magento.
What are the license keys used for?
License keys simply authenticate the product you install with our site, allowing us to notify you on new updates if your license key is in good standing. Likewise, we provide provide support for valid license key holders.
How many sites can I activate my license key on?
Our products can be purchased for single site, 2 – 5 sites, or more sites, which determines your license key activation limit. You may deactivate a license key and move it to another site at any time.
What do I receive for the subscription?
Continued support and updates on all products. You may open a support ticket at any time. Our support is provided by our developers who know our products and can also log into your site if needed to solve any issue. Open a Support Ticket
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
If you decide to cancel the subscription, you may still use the products, but you will not receive updates or support. You can activate the subscription again by paying the signup fee with 40% discount.
Can I request a refund?
